1 Hour Training Session

Your one hour training session will be with a member of our highly qualified team and it will be a bespoke exercise routine designed for your specific needs.

The whole hour is carried out as a one-to-one session where you get 100% attention. You will get shown how to perform each exercise with perfect technique and taught how to get the most out of each exercise session.

Every session ends with a full body stretch to help your muscles recover; it is a relaxing time where you can get your breath back.

During your hour-long session please make the most of your trainer's time by asking any fitness related questions that you need answered. After all this is your time and we are here to help you.
