Having a healthy diet is essential for all of us whatever our goals are, there is no point in setting yourself a goal without really taking stock of the fuel you are ingesting.

As a Premium personal training client you will receive free advice and information on your dietary requirements during your training sessions.

However it can go more indepth than this as we can assess your daily intake and advize where you need to make changes. This means that we get you to complete a food diary and we measure the nutrient content of everything you have digested. From this we are able to compare it to your DRI (Dietry Reference Intake) which states how much of each nutrient your body requires. This is an extra service and is set as a one off payment.

We can also assess your current diet and supply you with a daily diet guide for your own specific needs that will help with your development and reaching those all important goals. This is also an extra service.
