I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist in 2000 from Premier Global the UK's qualification standard. I worked at a major London city gym before setting up On Track Fitness with my now wife Nicky. My speciality is "Bad Backs" which includes postural alignment and strengthening the weak supporting muscles that protect the back.
I now spend a lot of time writing the On Track Fitness blog, strangely called Beebleblog. It is now read by thousands of people world wide and is seen as a real resource for fitness novices and experts alike. I have also written a few articles for the slightly more local "Clifton Life" based in Clifton, Bristol.![]()
